You have read how much I enjoy The Truth About Six Pack Abs, now you should know some problems I had with it.

First issue was that some exercises are extremely tiring. Exercises like the Dumbbell Swing are extremely effective and I really feel the sweat dripping and the abs working, but I feel dizzy after the first set because it is a momentum exercises and you need to move fast.

So if you have any kind of related issues, you might want to reduce the repetitions in each set until you can gain control of this. It took me two weeks to get control of the workout in The Truth About Six Pack Abs and Mike said it is ok to reduce the reps at first.

He does respond to all the emails I sent.

The other problem you will notice is the muscle soreness, which is a good thing by the way but really annoying the first two weeks. The soreness definitely feels good, but also made me weak and tired the first week. It shows how much wrong I was working out in the gym.

Who would have thought so?

One more problem of The Truth About Six Pack Abs is the Diet Plan. I mean the frequency of meals is great. Eating 6 times a day? Steak and grilled chicken? AWESOME!

BUT, eating six times a day in a totally busy schedule for a person like me? I really had to do some time allotments to make sure I could make it for my meal.

If you are in a situation like this, I suggest you prepare the food today for the next day and freeze it up. Take it with you in a small lunch bag or something and make sure you have your meal.
